A bug is an error within a product. Bugs are identified when there is an error generated or functionality that is expected to work but isn't working as intended.
If you have an issue with the product that you think may be a bug, please submit a ticket and provide details about the issue. If possible, please include a screen recording or screenshots showing the workflow you are following when you see this issue.
After a bug has been confirmed and the level of severity determined, it is submitted to our technical team to address according to the determined severity and impact to customers.
The technical team will review the issue and add the issue to the CMS4Schools Product Roadmap or CMS4Schools ACP Product Roadmap.
After a bug is fixed, the item will be added to the Launched tab on the product roadmap, and everyone who has submitted this issue to our team will be notified via email that the bug has been fixed.
Bug fixes will also be posted to the monthly Change Log. You can sign into the help center and Follow the section to receive email notifications when new change logs are published.
