Our CMS4Schools team is always coming out with new features to improve our customers' experience. Early access is available for some of those new features. Note that these features have gone through some testing but may not be perfect yet, and any helpful feedback is greatly appreciated. Feedback can be sent to our support team at support.cms@4schools.net

To turn on Beta Features an user needs to be an admin with permission to settings within the CMS4Schools dashboard. Please see our help article on CMS4school User Account Permissions for more information regarding this.

Once the feature is on, every admin user with applicable access can use the new feature.

The list of Beta Features can be found under Utilities:

To enable or disable beta features, simply toggle the switch next to each feature, then click Save. You can enable as many or as few features as you like. If you ever change your mind, you can always come back to this page and adjust your settings and remove the feature.

CMS4Schools Support

We're here to help you! Technical support is available Monday through Fridays. Tickets and support email typically experience a same day response if received before 3:00 pm CT, otherwise the next business day.

Live chat is available Monday through Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, but we may be busy with other customers. The chat bot will guide you to some pretty good articles but if that doesn't help you, just leave us a message through chat and we will email you back as soon as we can.
