We're here to help you! Technical support is available Monday through Fridays. Tickets and support email typically experience a same day response if received before 3:00 pm CT, otherwise the next business day.
Live chat is available Monday through Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, but we may be busy with other customers. The chat bot will guide you to some pretty good articles but if that doesn't help you, just leave us a message through chat and we will email you back as soon as we can.
