The Scholarship Module can be used to store all relevant information and attachments for each scholarship offered. Scholarships are organized by category allowing flexibility for displaying them on a designated page i.e. Math, Science, Art, etc. The Scholarships tool is used to display scholarships on your site creating an online resource for students and families.
Actions
- Add Scholarship: Add a scholarship to the Scholarships Module. See the Add Scholarship section below for more information about adding scholarships.
- Manage Categories: Manage the scholarship categories used in your Scholarships Module. See the Scholarships Categories section below for more information about scholarship categories.
Scholarships
- Show # Entries: By default, 10 scholarships will display on each page. You can update this to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 scholarships per page.
- Search: Use the search area to search for a scholarship.
- Name: Displays the name of the scholarship and indicates if the scholarship is Visible or Hidden.
- Start Date: Displays the date & time that the scholarship will start showing in the Scholarships tool.
- End Date: Displays the date & time that the scholarship will stop showing in the Scholarships tool.
- Actions: Select to manage attachments, update, or delete the scholarship.
- Attachments: Select to add and/or manage attachments to a scholarship. See the Scholarships: Attachments article to learn more about scholarship attachments.
- Update: Allows you to edit your scholarship information. See the Add Scholarship section below for more information about scholarship information.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the scholarship.
In the Scholarships table, you can sort by columns by selecting the header. The sort arrows () indicate which columns you can use to sort information.
Use the previous, next, and page options at the bottom of the tables to navigate through the pages.

- Add Category: Select to add a new scholarship category. See the Add Category section below for more information.
- Back to Scholarships: Select to navigate back to the Scholarship Module's main page.
Categories

- Number of Scholarships: Displays the number of scholarships in the category.
- Actions: Select to edit or delete the scholarship category.
Note that only categories without any scholarships can be deleted.

Add Category
Enter the name of the scholarship and select to add the scholarship category.

Required Settings
- Scholarship: Enter the name of the scholarship.
- Category: Select the desired category for the scholarship.
- Due Date: Select the scholarship's due date.
- Amount: Enter the award amount.
- Start Date/Time: Set a Start Date and Start Time of when you would like the scholarship to start displaying on your website.
- End Date/Time: Set an End Date and EndTime of when you would like the scholarship to stop displaying on your website.
Description Settings
- Requirements: Enter any information about the requirements for the scholarship.
- Awards: Enter any additional information about the scholarship awards.
- Other Information: Enter any other information that you would like to display for the scholarship.
