A useful feature of CMS4Schools Calendar Module is its ability to sync events from your rSchoolToday Calendar. The events will be synced to your Calendar Module and can be displayed on your site using the Calendar of Events tool, Upcoming Events tool, and Mini Calendar tool.
If your organization uses rSchoolToday and you don't currently have the integration set up, please contact us via support by submitting a ticket or emailing us at support@4schools.net indicating your wish to begin the integration process and provide your rSchoolToday Calendar URL(s).
Sync Timing
- The event sync runs every 20 minutes for events that are within 45 days of today. This means events will be added/updated within 39 minutes of the information being updated in rSchoolToday.
- A complete event sync runs overnight to add/update events up to 12 months into the future and 90 days in the past.

If this calendar is only to display varsity events, only move varsity to the right leaving the rest on the left.
