From the List Details screen, you can change the settings for a particular list, change who is in the list, change or preview the message defined for the list, review the settings, and even start the list.
- List Name: Assigns a name to a list. It is recommended that you use a different name for each of your lists. You may want to include the date and time so you can quickly see when the list was first configured. When adding a list or changing the list name, the “My Lists” page will be updated automatically.
- Apply: Apply any changes made to the list.
- Back to My Lists: Will save current changes and return to the My Lists page. Go to the Lists Overview article to learn more about your lists.
- New Message: The new message interface erases any previously created message and allows you to create a new message. Go to the List Messaging article to learn more about creating and sending messages.
- Edit Prior Message: This is used to preview or adjust a message that was previously configured. Go to the List Messaging article to learn more about creating and sending messages.
- Schedule/Settings: Allows you to set a start and end time for a list. Also contains settings to control the number of redials, the time between redials, and the speed of the list. Options for remote dial-in configuration and text messaging can be accessed. Go to the List Schedule/Settings article to learn more about the list schedule/settings.
- Import Contacts: Used to upload the contact information for the people you want to send a message to. Importing a contact list is a quick way to add hundreds or even thousands of contacts to a list rather than adding one by one. See the Import/Export Contacts article for more information about importing contacts.

- Add contact: Allows you to add one contact at a time to the list.
- Set Up Facebook: Connect to Facebook to be able to send messages to your Facebook page(s). Go to the List Details: Set up Facebook article to learn more about setting up Facebook.
- Set Up Twitter: Connect to Twitter to be able to send messages to your Twitter account. Go to the List Details: Set up Twitter article to learn more about setting up Twitter.
- Link Contacts to Master List: Allows you to link contacts to a different Master List.
- Resynchronize to source data: Allows you to resynchronize the list to the source data.
- Delete all disabled contact(s): Permanently removes the contacts with a status of “Disabled” from the list.
- Enable all contacts: Changes the status of all contacts to “Enabled” to allow those contacts to receive the message.
- Disable all contacts: Changes the status of all contacts to “Disabled” to prevent those contacts from receiving the message.
- Refresh Display: This button causes the page to reload. Normally used to get the most recent status value for contact items while the list is running and sending out your message.
- Send Message Now: Send Message Now begins the list to send out your message to the contacts in the list. The list must be configured with a message and at least one contact before starting. Go to the List Messaging article to learn more about creating and sending messages.
- Hide Disabled Contacts: Select to hide disabled contacts and only display contacts that are enabled.
- Enable/Disable All Contacts: Select to change the status of all contacts in the list to enabled or disabled.
- Find Contacts: Search by first or last name to find contacts. After searching, select Clear to view all contacts in the list.
List Contacts
- Select: When the checkbox is selected, the contact is enabled. When the checkbox is unselected, the contact is disabled.
- Status: Displays the contact's status of enabled or disabled.
- Edit: Select to edit the contact's information. Go to the Add Contacts article to learn more about editing contact's information.
- Del: Permanently removes the contact from the list.
- Name: Displays the contact's name.
- Phone, Email: Displays the contact's phone and email information.
